5. Refund Review & Approval
All refund requests will be:

- Subject to internal approval procedures
Approval of refunds is solely at the discretion of Accelor Constructions unless legally required.
6. Refund Processing Time
If approved:
- Refunds will be processed within 7 to 21 business days
- Refunds will be made using the original payment method wherever possible
- Bank processing times may vary depending on financial institutions
7. Contractual Supremacy
In case of conflict between this Refund Policy and a signed service agreement or contract, the contract terms shall prevail.
